Cross-Synthesis in ChoraleBricks

ChoraleBricks [22] provides isolated recordings of individual parts performed by a diverse selection of wind instruments, including flute, oboe, clarinet, trumpet, saxophone, baritone, trombone, and tuba. These isolated recordings act as building blocks that can be modularly superimposed to create full mixes with varying instrumentations.

Just for fun, we take several of the original wood wind tracks from the piece 'Christus, der ist mein Leben' (Vulpius) and cross-synthesize them into a bassoon and bariton saxophone quartet.

Even more unusual, we take several of the original brass tracks and cross-synthesize them into a tuba quartet.
